So before you get to crazy, the alcohol and marijuana laws in OK are pretty darn strict. (Wasnt the idea to come out west pitched with the lovely colorado laws?)
“The alcohol laws of Oklahoma comprehensively limit and regulate the sale of alcohol in Oklahoma. Much like its neighboring state of Kansas (see Alcohol laws of Kansas), Oklahoma’s approach to alcohol is quite strict. … The law defines low-point beer as any beverage containing between 0.5% and 3.2% ethanol by weight.”
“Currently, liquor, wine and strong beer are sold only at licensed package stores, which are strictly regulated and closed on Sundays. Oklahoma allows refrigerated low-point beer to be sold at grocery and convenience stores until 2 a.m. and on Sundays.”
